is this any use to F?

<i>&#62;This is one of the deepest, intelligently architected and inspiring free plug-in synths to be developed in a long while. If you have a penchant for deep architecture, options, crazy modulation routings and loop-able envelopes - then look no further.</i>

on a serious note:
a/ nice site/service
b/ i can recommend as a partner, should you find the need to need to offer some serious user-driven UI-driven design (including DIY tech.underpinnings) and/or simple expansion of your own production speed, an old blogmate of mine who is not only sharp as a tack but who (at least in his early days; haven't looked recently) casually creates sites which are elegant and parsimonious and which very pungently grab viewers by their match to their market. Think: google. Frank O'Connor, who moved to romania to be with his wife, and whose brandname is Seahorse Designs. <a href="http://www.seahorse-design.com/neutrino/index.php" rel="nofollow">http://www.seahorse-design.com/neutrino/index.php</a>

He's in the wrong country to make even a fraction of what he's worth -- he produces better stuff in terms of user-centric/market-centric Design than any other webdesigner i've seen, ever. Clean, quick, obvious, sticky. Plus he has a herebe sense of humour and of life, with a distinctly playful twist (<a href="http://www.seahorse-design.com/comedic/" rel="nofollow">old blog</a>). If you're looking for slavish conformity to webdesigner peer aesthetics, he's not your man. "skip 'skip intro'" If you're looking to impress the trousers off your clients' markets and your clients, sign him up.

Hi Rock,Thanks for sending through the password - I'm definitely going to check it out. We haven't had snow here but I can definitely empathise with the effect of the long dark winter on the soul, the dark nights have been playing a dirge on mine. But...the nights are getting lighter (8pm last night and still light) and so (hopefully) is my spirit (and yours too!). Console yourself with the thought that although reggae may only go so far in helping with the winter sleep, it goes a lot further than Scottish Laments which, lets face it, are not designed to cheer and have no taste of the sun in them!

Website is here...www.wideyedesign.com and now follows the disclaimer, in that there are no shoes on it (Although I do mention them) and the work is all corporate stuff...but I do like my headers (even if they do take a while to load!)...obviously I can't take credit for the pioneer plaque or da vinci's man but I'm a bit happy with how the satellite turned out...There's still loads to do (and add) to it and at some point I'll get round to doing that. For now I'm just glad that the thing is up and running.

password is "enter" for that site.
http://whenthereweretigers.wordpress.com/ is the url.
Sorry for the lag but... the snow has been the deepest here I've ever seen in my life and shoveling it just about does me in. Everybody gets so depressed by the first of April I'm surprised we aren't a nation of serial killers. I just moved back to my hometown and the only people I'm close to are Jamaican and they're no help at all dealing with Canadian winter depression. Actually they're a big help but Reggae only goes so far.

Hope you're doing well. I find it difficult sometimes swinging back and forth between visuals and text too. Barely able to function in the real time at the best of times frankly. Your kind comments help. I'm a shoe freak. Can I see yer site?

Rock - Aaaaaaargh! I forgot to reply to you. I'm sorry! Anyway I won't really decommission this blog. One it's been going too long and two it's pretty much my only social life! I'm just knackered at the moment and feeling as if I don't have enough time to do all the things I have to do and all the things i want to do and the things I have to do are winning and the things I want to do are all constantly thumping in my brain so I run around like the proverbial chicken trying to fit everything in and failing miserably. Plus (and I never had this before) the more time I spend on doing artwork (especially stuff on the computer) the less I'm able to write...
BTW - I have to say - your last post was absolutely amazing! I thought I'd commented on it but when I checked back later apparently not - I think I chickened out of saying how brilliant a writer I thought you were! (as well an artist)

Sorry for the huge delay in replying to these comments - nothing personal- I've been spending all my time on bloody ilustrator recently trying to finish off my website and my business cards. The only reason the bloody Sistene chapel took longer was because thingy wasn't trying to fit a photoshop RGB lighting effect into a CMYK illustrator PDF of a business card. But I've done it. And I've (jboy aka onebadway) has finished my website - well not completely finished because apparently according to mrs jboy who knows about these things it has to be completely rewritten in order to be SEO friendly and theres still loads of the portfolio to go up there - but I've done all the hand drawn headers and written the text so far and to be quite honest I'm knackered with it all...

Sal - Absolutely. But there's also the slight paranoia that you feel -I've actually written loads of posts in the ensuing interval but - you can't just leap in with something personal or heartfelt because it feels a bit weird - as if someone has just asked in passing how you are and you give far to much information for the question. It even has a knock on effect about commenting on other peoples posts too which is really annoying. Plus (and completely my own fault) I was daft enough to put this url on myspace and facebook which means that people (apart from you lot obviously) can read it. I don't mind too much the family members reading it because they know I love them really (and I've deleted the really bad posts) but there are others who have found it and I'm not so happy about them reading it because I don't know them. My own fault? True. Subconscious desire to have people read it? Probably. Creating self censorship - Definitely. I'm hoping a couple of glasses of wine will get me over this...

Anyway - thank you for the welcome and hope you get broadband soon.

Clodhopper - It does doesn't it? The terrible thing is that ever since I left home I've lived in cities but I'm such a country girl at heart - I have this craving to grow cabbage and potatoes and leeks (and chrysanthemums - the big bronze ones) I'm so jealous of you, you know. What with the chickens and the greenhouse and the allotment. I checked out the prices of an allotment here and it costs nearly £40 a month to rent one and that's £40 I can't afford. Sometimes life is bloody unfair. One day though I'm going to live back in the country, right back in the middle of nowhere and have a garden and chickens and a couple of goats ( I like goats) and maybe two or three lurchers and a wolfhound but not geese because they scare the hell out of me.

M- You see C is good at these things isn't she? I would never have thought of silver swans, but you really didn't need to point out that you'd made one of your famous chocolate almond cakes which really should have been added to the recent Vatican list of sins. Sorry I missed the party. We are planning on having an unbirthday party for S within the next couple of weeks though. HOnest!
