Roof leak and flooded basement? I'll see that and raise you guttering ripped off the front of the house which means that whenever you're unlocking/locking the front door you get several gallons of icy water pouring down on you and a bay window roof that (owing to the amount of water pouring onto the flat roof and gaps in the lead flashing) that is starting to bulge ominously...hxx PS. I’ll see that and raise you guttering ripped off the front of the house which means that whenever you’re unlocking/locking the front door you get several gallons of icy water pouring down on you and a bay window roof that (owing to the amount of water pouring onto the flat roof and gaps in the lead flashing) that is starting to bulge ominously…hxx

I saw them the other day when I visited my Grandma and they are the tiny old "children don't need to be comfortable when they're asleep" old sort of bunkbeds, none of these modern comfortable sofa's below with a desk sort of affairs.
